Abuse Reporting and Handling
Submission of Reports
lf you need to report domain name abuse against a cluster domain, please use the Online declaration system for submission. The Complainant must select the relevant abuse type and provide all supporting evidence.
Verification Prior to Submission
Prior to lodging a report, the Complainant shall verify that the domain name concerned is sponsored by BF NET. Such verification may be conducted through the WHOIS lookup service available at:BF NET WHOIS or https://whois.icann.org.
Responsibility of Complainant
The Complainant is under an obligation to ensure that all information and materials submitted are true, accurate, and not misleading. BF NET shall not be held liable for any claim, dispute, or proceedings arising out of a false or misleading Report. All legal and financial liability in respect thereof shall rest solely with the Complainant.
Abuse Types and Evidentiary Requirements
We have compiled the most frequently received categories of abuse reports and listed the basic information and supporting evidence required to process each:

Trademark-Related Domain Disputes:
Where a complainant alleges that a domain name infringes its trademark rights, the complainant may consider the UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) procedure to seek resolution.

Processing of Reports
Upon receipt of a valid report, BF NET shall commence a preliminary review within 2 business days. BF NET shall thereafter complete its investigation and, where appropriate, implement remedial action within a further 5 business days. The complainant will generally be informed of the outcome by email.
